Bio

Kim Hill is a board-certified paralegal in civil trial law, a distinction she earned from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 2022. Kim is one of less than 400 paralegals in the state of Texas to have distinguished themselves with a board certification. She earned her associate of science (A.S.) degree in paralegal studies and has more than 20 years of experience in the legal field. She joined Hendershot Cowart P.C. in 2019.

As a paralegal with our business litigation practice, Kim provides detailed support to our attorneys, drafting pleadings; assisting in the discovery process; and preparing the attorneys for mediations, hearings, and trials. While her board certification covers civil trial law, she also has extensive experience in several different areas of law including employment and labor law, probate and estate litigation, family law, real estate law, and complex business litigation.

Kim is a San Antonio, Texas native with a special place in her heart for the state of Hawaii where she began her career. She enjoys cooking and spending time with her Shih Tzu and her daughter Mia, by whom she is consistently inspired. Kim is grateful to be a part of the Hendershot Cowart team and looks forward to working with you for a successful outcome of your case.
