Whitney Easley is a litigation paralegal with more than 14 years of trial experience in both state and federal court. She attended the Art Institute of Houston where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in interior design before realizing she wanted a career that allowed her to directly help people in need. She shifted her career towards legal work in 2009. Whitney was drawn to Hendershot Cowart P.C. for the firm’s client loyalty and sound work ethic.
Whitney’s primary role is to support the firm’s trial attorneys in every phase of representation, from initial intake through final disposition. Whitney is called upon for trial preparation and support in a variety of complex matters, including breach of contract, commercial and business disputes, intellectual property, fraud and misrepresentation, non-competes, and construction disputes.
To relax, Whitney loves to spend time outdoors with her pets, her friends, and her two daughters, ages 17 and 25. She expresses her creativity through designing and building furniture, painting, and sculpting.
