Kylie joined Hendershot Cowart P.C. in August 2023, drawn by the opportunity to work as a transactional attorney at a boutique business law firm where collaboration and client service are priorities. Her clients range from entrepreneurs seeking to launch new business opportunities to established businesses seeking to protect their bottom lines with thorough, enforceable contracts. She also guides businesses ready to grow through mergers or acquisitions.

Beyond the Law
Kylie is engaged in a wide range of personal and charitable pursuits outside of the office. She is applying as a volunteer advocate for the Houston Immigration Legal Services Collaborative. Kylie also spent a year living in Chile and Argentina, immersing herself in different cultures and broadening her global perspective.
As a recent transplant to the Houston area from Louisville, Kentucky, Kylie enjoys immersing herself in the city’s culture and exploring the city’s many parks and running trails.
