Sarah M. Vida

Attorney

I want to help people, and being a lawyer gives me the tools and skills to do that – providing me with the ability to take on and resolve my clients’ concerns so they can get on with their lives and back to business.”
— Sarah M. Vida

As a commercial litigator, Sarah M. Vida appreciates the hard work and dedication it takes to develop and grow a business and puts every effort into protecting that investment for her clients. Whether this involves complex litigation or assistance in resolving disputes prior to involving the courtroom, Sarah diligently works to accomplish results for her clients. Throughout the course of her career, Sarah has represented numerous individuals, business owners, executives, investors, and healthcare professionals in a range of litigation matters, including breach of contract claims, partner and shareholder disputes, business divorces, intellectual property litigation, residential and commercial real estate litigation, including construction defect claims, and other contractual disputes.

Sarah’s courtroom experience at both the state and federal level is complemented by her sound logic and tireless preparation, which has often led to the settling of a matter on the steps of the courtroom. Not adversarial by nature, Sarah instead lets preparation and intellect fight and win battles on behalf of her clients.

Sarah began practicing law in 2011 and has dedicated her career to helping individuals, businesses, and healthcare providers achieve their goals and resolve their problems. Outside of practicing law, Sarah enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, exploring the great city of Houston, and cheering on her Texas Longhorns. She is also a former avid marathon runner ready to lace up her running shoes again.
