Bryan Tehrani is a contract law and corporate attorney whose clients include private equity firms, investment funds, startup companies, physician groups, and local and regional business owners. He has represented national and international clients through restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, entity selection, and corporate formations.
Steady and collaborative, Bryan is a stabilizing presence during tough negotiations. He is especially skilled at dissecting complex legal agreements, identifying key provisions, and crafting innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of his clients, recognizing that each transaction presents its own set of opportunities and challenges, requiring careful analysis and creative problem-solving to achieve a successful outcome.

Since he began practicing law in 2020, Bryan has represented clients in dozens of transactions across a range of industries, including healthcare, energy, transportation, professional services, manufacturing, and construction. He also serves as outside general counsel – reviewing and drafting contracts, advising on risk mitigation, and meeting his clients’ day-to-day legal needs.
Bryan earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Master of Taxation degree from Baylor University.
