Laura Vacker is an administrative assistant and lead intake specialist at Hendershot Cowart P.C. in Houston, Texas. As the warm, professional voice clients most often hear when calling our firm, Laura creates a vital first impression for the law firm.

A valued member of the Hendershot Cowart team since 2015, Laura was drawn to a career in the legal industry by her passion for helping others and interest in working within a professional environment. Laura's commitment to providing outstanding client service is evident in her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile for clients.

In her multi-faceted role, Laura's responsibilities include welcoming and onboarding new clients, managing a multi-line telephone system, scheduling client-attorney appointments, and serving as a liaison between clients and attorneys.

Outside of her career, Laura is the mother of three grown daughters and grandmother to two grandchildren. She loves travel, live music, and exploring the outdoors with her husband.
