“Litigation requires creative thinking on how to efficiently and effectively solve problems for clients; it couldn’t be a better fit for me. I enjoy taming the sometimes-unpredictable nature of cases to help my clients.”
— Justin Spears
Justin Spears’ practice focuses on business litigation matters, ranging from breach of contract matters and partnership disputes to all types of defense litigation. A proficient legal researcher, he excels at applying critical thinking, legal writing, and oral advocacy skills to deliver the best possible outcome for his clients. Justin is a second-generation attorney, inspired to practice law by watching his father help clients reach their goals and desired outcomes every day.
While a student at the LSU Law Center, Justin worked as a student attorney at the LSU Law Immigration Center representing immigrants seeking asylum in the United States. Today, in addition to community service, he enjoys yoga, running, college football, and walking his dog Haggis through the neighborhood.
