What is the difference between an MSO and an MSA? With attorney Keith Lefkowitz

We often hear that term, people say “what's the difference between MSO, MSA?” There's lots of acronyms that that we hear about. Just to set the record straight: MSO is called a Management Services Organization and that is an entity that can be owned by any person, there's no specific licensure required, and that entity would enter a Management Services Agreement with a physician practice and administer all of the administrative aspects of the medical practice so that the MSO owners could be heavily involved in the medical industry.
